• In case of Return/Exchange, Customer must send the order back in original condition to us within 7 days. The cost of sending the courier back to us shall be borne by customer. Redelivery will be taken care of by us.
  • In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, you should email us on sales@tayshadesign.com a photo of the damaged product along with a detailed video highlighting the damage with the product code within 48 hours of receiving your order.
