We have a strict no cancellation policy and orders once placed and confirmed will not be cancelled.
In the event any issue is raised by you, you must send the order back to us no later than 7 days from the date of the issue being raised. The cost of sending the courier back to us shall be borne by you. Redelivery is taken care of by us.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, you should email us on sales@tayshadesign.com a photo of the damaged product along with a detailed video highlighting the damage with the product code within 48 hours of receiving your order.
