• We have a strict no cancellation policy and orders once placed and confirmed will not be cancelled.
  • In the event any issue is raised by you, you must send the order back to us no later than 7 days from the date of the issue being raised. The cost of sending the courier back to us shall be borne by you. Redelivery is taken care of by us.
  • In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, you should email us on sales@tayshadesign.com a photo of the damaged product along with a detailed video highlighting the damage with the product code within 48 hours of receiving your order.
